Swiss ball mountain climbers - this exercise focuses on stability in the core.
Step 1: Lower yourself into a press-up position on the swiss ball - supporting your weight on your hands and toes, with your arms straight and your legs extended.
Step 2: Keep your core braced. Your shoulders, hips and feet should be in a straight line throughout the exercise.
Step 3: Now, bring one knee towards the opposite elbow, then return it to the starting position.
Step 4: Repeat the movement with your other leg
Step 5 onwards: Continue alternating legs.
It can be tough but KEEP IT GOING! This will strengthen your core muscles and help you grow those ABS!
