  • WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING AN ONLINE COACH?
    Flexibility - your programmes are designed and tailored to you , your needs and your fitness level. You no longer have to worry about when your trainer has an available time for you. Taking ownership - my job is to get you to a stage where you no longer need me, you will learn all the skills and knowledge required to be able to take control of your life and be able to sustain this long term Support / accountability - you will have access to a community of people who are going through or have gone through the challenges you are about to face. You will be in a safe place to share your experiences
  • WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I NEED TO BE AT IN ORDER TO BE COACHED?
    Any level, it's important to note that even athletes were once beginners. By having a professional with you from the start allows you to make quick progressions before any injuries or bad habits are formed. You will also have access to a library of education and exercises to be able to take the guess work out of your journey (trust me any questions you may have. There will already be the answers available)
  • HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
    There is flexibility in the time and location of your training to ensure that each workout is motivating, fun and most importantly contributing towards your goals. I offer carefully tailored training programs specific to your needs. These programmes will be challenging and fun. Often, after 4-5 weeks your body would get used to the intensity and level of training. At this point, we will review and upgrade to the next level of intensity and challenges. This cycle will continue as we see growing outcome results. I will ensure that you will be constantly being challenged, yet staying motivated for change. I will also be monitoring your health markers in your check-ins to ensure you are making progress, the more information you are able to provide me, the more proactive I can be in making informed decisions and tackle and indication of issues before they become problems.

  • HOW DO I GET STARTED?
    Fill in an application form found in the Contact section. Once the form is complete, you will have access to my Calendly to book in a call. During the call we will discuss your goals and how I can help. If you are a good fit for the programme we will discuss the pricing and go through the process of getting you set up in the systems we have in place. A welcome pack will be emailed over to you in order for you to familiarised yourself with how everything works, during this time we will also to organising a separate call to plan out your training plan and nutrition plan.
