Day 1 (Lunch) - Ray Chan Two-Week Challenge

We are now half way through the first day of the #RayChan2WeekChallenge.


Next up we have lunch. Today, we have mackerel and zoodles!! Zoodles is a fun way to get a good dose of colour vegetables ๐Ÿ… ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿฅ• but donโ€™t forget the protein!!! We are definitely needing the protein for the 6pm challenge workout in a few hours!!! More to come regarding this challenge so stay tuned!
