Day 1 (Dinner) - Ray Chan Two-Week Challenge

We are now at the end of the first day of the#RayChan2WeekChallenge.


Its dinner time!!! We had broccoli, steamed sea bass and watercress soup with pork and carrots.


Definitely a much needed meal after our sweaty workout.
