Day 1 (Breakfast)- Ray Chan Two-Weeks Challenge

It’s the 1st of June, which means it’s the first day of the #RayChan2WeekChallenge.


We start off the challenge at breakfast. Part of the challenge is a nutrition plan to eliminate potential food sensitivities in hope to reset the gut. This will allow us to better absorb nutrients from our meals. Just because food goes into our bodies, doesn’t mean it gets absorbed. The other part..... is fitness. Lets just say its going to be an endorphin filled sweat fest 💦 💦 💦
