With all the diet trends out there and every one of them telling you they are the “best diet”, which one do you pick?

Well, I am here to tell you there is no “best diet”. One diet may work for one person but not for another. For example, certain indigenous tribes in the amazon only eat fruits and nuts, while the Arctic Inuit have diets that are mainly animal products but both have found to be perfectly healthy. 

This shows that we are all unique and there is no “best diet” only diets that work for you. How we will find your best diet? We will go through a tailored coaching process to allow you to get into the right mind set. A process that allows you to see that a diet should fit into your lifestyle and shouldn’t be something to be afraid of nor feeling restricted from.
