My 10 Year Challenge: results from changing lifestyle, diet and fitness training
This challenge got me thinking how changing your lifestyle can make a significant difference both physically (appearance) and mentally (self confidence).
Back in 2009, I ate whenever I wanted and whatever I wanted. Even though I was still training, I got ill at least twice a week. This affected the consistency of my training and thus lack of result. It wasn’t until 2011, when I saw a doctor and was diagnosed with lactose intolerance, that I knew what the problem was.
Since learning more about my body, I was able overcome this obstacle by changing my lifestyle, diet, and training. This got me back on track and results came naturally.
So, remember to learn more about your body and find what works best for you! There is no one size fits all.
